Tyler & Melissa
Tyler and Melissa Brennan acquired The Club at Brookstone in August, 2020. Together, they plan to significantly improve the quality of the course, golfer experience, and social amenities through a number of course improvement and social event initiatives.
​
Tyler plans to improve golfer experience by bringing new carts with GPS units to the course, lowering prices, improving some hole layouts, and doubling the size of the full-time maintenence staff.
​
Melissa will make The Club at Brookstone more than just a golf course through numerous social events and the opening of The Club as a wedding venue. She hopes to make Brookstone not just a place for Brookstone Meadows residents to come together, but also for the entire Anderson and Greenville, SC community. Tyler Brennan is a 2016 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Economics. It was here that he formed a passion for the game of golf!

Today, he owns and operates two businesses (the other being www.RaceDayQuads.com) and is a Captain in the United States Air Force, serving as an F-15E Pilot based out of Seymour Johnson AFB.
​
Tyler plans on continuing to serve for the foreseeable future.
​
For The Club at Brookstone, Tyler will focus on the golf operations, bringing in a military-level attention to detail to the golf world, as well as numerous assets and expertise from his other business.

Dr. Melissa Mertely is a 2016 graduate of the University of Central Florida, and a 2020 graduate of the University of Baltimore, where she graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
​
One of Melissa's favorite things about being a dentist is breaking down those barriers with her clients and getting to know them on a personal level. She brings years of social event planning experience to The Club at Brookstone.
​
Using these expertise, she plans to make The Club at Brookstone the social event go-to for Brookstone Meadows, Anderson and Greenville residents.
